This charming hotel checks all my boxes. Great amenities like free wi-fi, valet parking, and a wonderful restaurant. The staff once helped care for my elderly parents, a nice experience. Can't wait to return this Xmas!

breakfast was good and location was great
the only thing i didn't like was the ramp for the parking garage was a bit narrow but other than that everything else was superb.

The colonial vibe of the hotel was fine, and the location near the border was convenient. We loved the secure parking-super helpful for our move. The two pools were perfect for a relaxing afternoon, and the restaurant's food was great with the local flavors shining through.

Great place for getting around area
Charming hotel, friendly staff, with a beautiful courtyard and a kinda heated swimming pool on-site, ensuring a lovely experience during our weekend stay in a conveniently located area.
Do not stay in a ground floor room.

Loved the historic hotel and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Would love to come back and stay in a room with a balcony/patio.
Our room was somewhat clean but the floors and the coffee table in the living area was dirty.

The outdoor pool was surrounded by well-kept gardens. I appreciated the variety of dining options available. The breakfast had good choices and was presented nicely.
I noticed some areas could use maintenance. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and check-in took longer than expected.

Excellent facility, staff was personable and friendly and helpful.
Location is ok, but not close to central shopping malls. Staff did find us a taxi, but taxis are more available in the central core and mall areas. Due to difficulty walking, we were not able to walk around on our own, which others could do without a problem.

People, this hotel is not worth it. They charge you for daily parking, the lobby smells like a bathroom, the food is wwwwaaaaayyyyyy overpriced and its not even good, the pool is mediocre, its located practically in Mexico as far from everything (and in Laredo that is saying something). the place is falling apart and to top it all i paid 100 dollars plus tax per night(for that price you can stay anywhere else), dont be fooled by the pics, this place is a dump with a nice facade. Needless to say after two nights i got the hell out of there.

The service was excellent, the staff very kind, affordable rates. My boyfriend came from Atlanta for the weekend, and we both stay with a very good impression of this romantic and comfortable place.

The junior suite was immaculate and perfect. I had a great bed, coffee & tea making machines and a fridge. It had central location close to San Agustin Cathedral. I really enjoyed the stay and can recommend the venue.
